The useage of the oil cake
You can reuse the oil cake in many ways,like making pancakes,feeding fishes and domestic animals,using fertilizer of flowers,selling to feed mill and farms which can bring you extra profits.
Points for attention
1. Running in of the new oil press. Before putting into actual production at the initial stage, auxiliary appliances, container tapes, and the tightness of inspection and adjustment should be prepared at first. 2.After starting the motor, idle for about 15 minutes, check whether the screw drying speed is about 3dmin, whether there is noise during operation, and whether the power of the motor is normal.
3.Don't start feeding too fast, otherwise the increase of the pressure in the extrusion chamber will cause serious accidents such as the twisting cage of the extrusion screw, the removal of blockage, and fracture to repeat for more than 3-4 hours, which will gradually raise the temperature of the new oil press, and even smoke (this is a normal phenomenon).
4. If the cake is loose or not formed, it will become debris with a pinch of hands, indicating that there is little water in the oil; If the cake becomes soft, it is still large, and the oil foam increases, which means that the oil contains too much water.
