Air Atomizing Nozzle

Atomizing Spray Nozzles atomise fluids (most commonly water) in a range of spray patterns for different applications. With the combination of liquid and compressed air , air atomizing nozzle can create a mist of atomised liquid that can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of different applications. All of the models use stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance. And they are available in 1/8”, 1/4″ and 1/2″ sizes.

With Atomizing Nozzles, you can coat, cool, treat or paint various products. Air atomizing nozzle is also called dry fog nozzle as the mist it produces is less than 10 micron which is also very suitable for home humidification without wetting the floor.

If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

A: 7 days if only an extension of existing families.
Within 2 days can be shipped out if the nozzle we have in stock.

B:10 to 12 Days for nozzles that can be machined off bar stock
(7 extra days if no inventory bar stocks).

C: 25 to 35 Days for nozzles that require tooling (casting).
5 to 8 new nozzles can be developed simultaneously within 20 days.
