7.Our return policy
a. The customization orders are not returnable or replacable unless defective or damaged.
b. The RTS orders without any customization return/replacement of non-defective or undamaged items , which not affect second time selling : Unopened and unused: 70% amount of the item will be refunded after returned goods received and inspected by us; opened goods 50% amount of the item will be refunded after returned goods received and inspected by us.
c. The RTS orders which defective or damaged we offer 100% refund or replacement of the defective or damaged part . The buyer is requested to provide relative photos and videos within 7 days after goods delivered. Refunds are not accepted for damage caused by improper handling or improper storage.
d. Shipping & Handling & Tax will not be refunded under any condition.
