Faw Jiefang J6 is a truck produced by FAW Jiefang Automobile Co., LTD. It is a milestone in the development of Jiefang truck to heavy, marking that Jiefang vehicle structure has entered a new platform, and opened another brand new operation mode for Chinese truck users.

In terms of power, the tin wood CA6DM2-39E3F EGR engine, 390 horsepower can provide sufficient power under bad road conditions. The gearbox model is CA10TAX190M, which is a series of heavy-duty gearbox developed by FAW for Jiefang heavy-duty dump trucks.
The cab adopts the J6 wide-body low-top series, with a sleeper in the back, and the interior is generally no different from the ordinary J6 flat-top cab. Only on the dashboard, there is a set of transfer switch, and fuel tank heating switch, etc. There is a knob next to the actuator, which is the transfer control button for high and low levels.
The rear axle is FAW Jiefang 300 series wheel reduction axle with Mercedes-Benz technology.
