Application:
It is mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC pipes for agriculture and constructional plumbing, electrical conduit etc.

The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material feeder, SJSZ series conic twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker/automatic belling machine.
Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe extrusion line to make small size PVC pipes.

4 cavity PVC electrical tube，water supply pipe extrusion line can extrude four pipes at same time on one machine. This line can save invested cost in factory building and production， which increase the capacity a lot and reduce production time. SJSZ65 conical twin-screw extruder can easily reach 5.5-65 ton/per day，the production speed take 16mm as example can get more than 8-10m/min. The whole line is composed of conical twin screw extruder p65mm，4 cavity mould，4 cavity cooling calibration tank，4 station haul-off，4 station cutter and 4 station tipping table.
Processing flow of 4 strand 16 mm pvc pipe plastic make machine:
PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator→ vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack

EXTRUDER
Extruder is one of the types of plastic machinery, originated in the 18th century.
According to the direction of material flow and the angle of screw center line, the extruder head can be divided into right angle head and oblique angle head.
Screw extruder relies on the pressure and shear force produced by screw rotation, which can make the material fully plasticized and evenly mixed, and then molded by die. Plastic extruders can be classified into twin-screw extruder, single screw extruder, rare multi-screw extruder and non screw extruder.
