Product Description
Alloys suitable for embossed aluminum sheets include 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx. 1xxx alu sheets have the most content of Al the lowest hardness. With regular patterns, anti-skid sheets serve as an excellent decorative material for stair steps. It adds a sense of vigor and beauty to the steps, making one feel happier while treading on them. In addition, embossed aluminium sheets have even longer service life than smooth sheets because they are much more wearing resistance. Because of the same reason, they also serve as a protector of stair steps.
Generally sheets with patterns of diamond, one bar and five bars are usually used for slip resisting.The distance among the patterns should be big enough to create enough frictional force while being trodden on. Five-bar alu sheets prove to be stronger than those of other patterns, because the arrangement ways of the patterns help to improve hardness of the whole sheet.
