It is necessary for hard biscuit,

Rotary cutter is forming machine for Hard and Cracker biscuit. When dough sheet go through rotary cutter machine, it will be cut and shaped by molds.
After the dough sheet formed into defferent shape, it goes though to the separator and separate with the scrap. The scarp will convery to the hopper after separating.
