There are two types of mounting technologies are prevailing in Our PCBA factory:
Surface Mount Technology: Sensitive components, some very small, such as resistors or diodes are placed automatically onto the surface of board. This is called SMD assembly, for surface mount device. Surface mount technology can be applied on small size components and integrated circuits (ICs). For example, PCBCart is capable of mounting package with min. size 01005, which is even smaller than the size of a pencil point.
Thru-Hole Technology: works well on components with leads or wires that have to be mounted on board by plugging them through holes on board. The extra lead part has to be soldered on the other side of the board. This technology is applied on PCB assemblies containing large components such as capacitors, coils to be assembled.

Yes, we are open and transparent on each production process with nothing to hide. We welcome customer inspect our production process and check in house.

Q2. What file formats do you accept for PCB production?

Gerber file: CAM350 RS274X

PCB file: Protel 99SE,  P-CAD 2001 PCB

BOM: Excel (PDF,word,txt)

Q3. Does GT accept small order for PCB assembly?

Yes, we consider all orders as a blessing, and we appreciate all buyers as valued dealers, will pay high attention to a small order as a bulk order

Q4. Is GT a trading company or factory?

Grandtop is PCBA Manufacture with strong engineering team who can help customers to do ODM & OEM PCBA one stop service since 2005. 

Q5. Do I need to pay deposit for an order?

For sampling or small pcb assembly order, Grandtop usually requires 100% full payment before shipping. For bulk order, 50% deposit with orde, the balance was paid before delivery

Your files are held in complete safety and security.We protect the intellectual property for our customers in the whole process.. All documents from customers are never shared with any third parties.
