Product Description
Mortar mixer, namely horizontal shaft mortar mixer, is composed of mixing cylinder, mixing shaft, transmission device, bottom frame, etc. The mixing shaft is arranged horizontally in the trough mixing cylinder, and several groups of mixing blades are installed on the radial arm of the shaft. With the rotation of the shaft, the mixing materials in the mixing cylinder are forcibly stirred under the action of the mixing blades.
Small capacity mortar mixers are generally mobile, rely on manual feeding, tilting the mixing cylinder for discharging. Large capacity mortar mixers are mobile and stationary. Some mortar mixers also have charging devices and water tanks. Vertical shaft mortar mixer can also be used when preparing small quantities of mortar. The mixing cylinder of this kind of mixer is a horizontal cylinder, with a rotating vertical shaft in the center of the cylinder, and several groups of mixing blades are installed on the boom of the vertical shaft. With the rotation of the vertical shaft, the mixing materials in the mixing cylinder are strongly stirred by the blades, and the mixing mortar is discharged by the unloading door at the bottom of the mixing cylinder.
