Q1: Can I get a sample before placing bulk order?
A1: Yes. Free sample is available to send for testing. And sample fee will go forward to bulk order.
Q2: Can I put my logo on the bottle?
A2: Sure, we can do custom logo in silk screen and hot stamp print (MOQ 500PCS). Embossed logo is also available.
Q3: Do you make custom color bottle and cap?
A3: Yes. Spray color is a common way to make custom color within small quantity (10K). Solid custom color demands large quantity (300-500K).
Q4: What is your lead time?
A4: We send out in about 3 days for our inventory. For customized products, it usually takes 20-25 days to finish.
Q5: What if the products are broken when it reaches to me?
A5: The goods will go throught strict QC and be packed well before shipping. If products are broken when received, please take photos and videos at first place in 15 days, then contact our salesperson. We will give you a reasonable solution.

Note:
Most of perfume bottle are with crimp sprayer which needs a crimping machine to close it and crimp sprayer has 2 types - metal type and metal+plastic type. Confirm it with us before order and tell if a crimping machine/tool is needed. Otherwise, we don’t replace it because of such problems.
