1. prepare stuffing and batter into hopper separately

2. connect power, start machine

3. set filling quantity, baking temperature and baking time on control panel

4. machine fill batter into one side of mould pair, machine fill  stuffing into the other side of mould pair.

5. as the moulds moving forward, the stuffing mould will flip automatically to the batter mould to become one and continue baking

6. as moulds moves one cycle, the whole pair mould will unfold automatically, then final sanwich cakes can be collected manually or by electric grippers on machine
