Aluminum Ceramic Foam Filter Application:


    Aluminum Ceramic Foam Filter Plate is mainly used for filtration of aluminum and aluminum alloys in foundries and cast houses. With their excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance from molten aluminum. Ceramic foam filter is widely used in Aluminum Billet,Aluminum foil, Aluminum Wire Rod,and Aluminum Ingot casting.

3. Improve the metallurgical structure of the castings.

Sealing gasket for Aluminum ceramic foam filter:


The ceramic foam filter is surrounded by sealing gasket, laying between the ceramic foam filter plate and filter bowl, to prevent molten aluminum from leaking through the interface. AdTech's filter adopts sealing gaskets in 3 different types, fiber cotton material, fiber paper material, and expanding cotton material.
