Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a trading company as well as a factory, so we have more advantage in price. We have own equipments, development departments and design to develop more products.

Q2: What shipping ways I can choose and how many days will it takes?
We prepare two shipping ways for choice. One is express shipping, normally it will take about 3-8 days and charge about 5-30 dollars a parcel according to your address and the item you purchase. The other one is free shipping, normally it will take about 15-25 days.

Q3: Will sample fee is refundable?
Our sample is free, you just need to shoulder the shipping fee. Shipping fee can be refunded when your place an order and quantity is more than 50 pairs.

Q4: If I am not satisfied with my products, how to return them?
Items that are customized can not be returned due to their bespoke element unless there is an issue with the products quality. In this case, please provide photo proof to us, we will replace the product or give you a full refund.

Q5: Once I have placed an order can I make amendments to my order? Such as the color, size, delivery address?
If you would like more pictures of a particular product in order to see more detail, or how it would look in a real life situation, please contact us and we will be happy to send you some natural and real pictures. If you would like to change color, size or delivery address, please contact us within the 8 hours after you placed the order.

Q6: How does your factory do quality control?
Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end. Our factory has a professional QC team, every item will be checked by them before and after produced. Besides, our delivery department is equipped with big-screen high-definition display, staff will check all items before ship out.

Q7: What should I prepare if I decide to custom an item?
Please send us mock up and the original artworks you used to design this mock up. Our designer will adjust according.
