SP215
SP215 is especially suitable for bonding in closed occasions because it contains curing agent. Its injection system is applicable to the corner assembly of aluminum alloy door and window corner brace, the link of middle mullion of doors and windows, and also suitable for the structural bonding of aluminum alloy, hard PVC, FRP and other materials. It has very high hardness, certain toughness, good joint filling ability and good waterproof performance.

Application Process
Cleaning:
Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating
1. Screw off the cap of the polyurethane corner angle adhesive and remove the sealing plug
2. After installing the mixing head and tightening the tightening nut, put a gasket on the tail of the rubber and put it into the two-component glue gun.
3. Control the pressure of the glue gun to be 0.4 - 0.6 MPa, start the glue gun.
4. After extruding the unmixed glue, inserting the mixing nozzle into the injection hole of the door and window for injection.
5. Until the observation hole has a small amount of glue overflow, remove the glue gun to inject the
next injection hole.
Attention of Operation
2. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with your skin, scrub first with soap water or alcohol, then rinse with water. If contact with your eyes, rinse with plenty of water, and seek medical treatment immediately
3. Transportation: Avoid damp, high temperature,isolation and rain, far away from heat, handle with care and prohibit extrusion collision
4. Tools Cleaning : It can be soaked in toluene or xylene. It is strictly forbidden to immerse in alcohol and other alcohol solvents.If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned immediately with alcohol or other organic solvents. The cured glue can only be scraped or torn off
Storage
1. Sealed and stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place away from sunlight.
2. It is suggested to be stored at 5~25 ℃, and the humidity is less than 50%RH.
3. If the temperature is higher than 40 ℃ or the humidity is more than 80%RH, the shelf life may be shorter
