Q2: How to get the exact quotation and how to send inquiry?

A: We do customized box. In order to give you quick and exact offer, we appreciate that you can provide us your box size, material, color, printing, surface treatment and quantity requirements. You can send inquiry by TM, What’s App or send e-mail to us.

Q3: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A:

-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

-material and surface handling (We could advise if you’re not sure)

-printing colors (could quote 4C if you’re not sure)

-quantity

-FOB price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please kindly let us know your port of destination. And if you would like us to deliver the goods to your address, please kindly advise your postal code or detail address.

-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q4: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

A: Please kindly send us the original design photograph.

-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD. 

-Bleed size: 3-5 mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

-Color model: CMYK

Q5: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the bulk production?

A: Sample lead time: usually can be sent out in 7 days. Bulk production lead time usually need 10-15 days. If your order is urgent, please discuss the delivery with us.

Q6: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products are caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Q7: Could you provide samples for test?

A: Yes, we can make a sample for you. We may charge some little sample fee which can be refunded when you place bulk order. And we appreciate that you can help with the freight charges.

Q8: How to make payment?

A: Alibaba Trade Assurance Payment, T/T, L/C & Western Union, etc.
