Product Description
Welding electrode is very important in spot welding machine. During welding, cylindrical electrode is used to produce spot welding between the contact surfaces of two overlapping workpieces. During spot welding, first pressurize the workpiece to make close contact, and then connect the current. Under the action of resistance heat, the workpiece contact will melt. After cooling, a solid solder joint will be formed.

Mian Features
1.Chrome zirconium copper：high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and good heat dissipation.
2.Spot welding electrode head：it does not stick to the workpiece, and the welding is firm and efficient.
3.Spot welding electrode cap：the softening temperature is high, the hardness is still high under high temperature, and the welding process is not easy to deform.

Different Types Of Caps Tips
Pointed | The A nose or Pointed face tip is a general purpose weld face suitable for most spot welding applications. |
Dome | The B nose or Dome face tip is the most commonly used weldface because the design accommodates modest misalignment problems as contact can still be made on the radius during welding. |
Flat | The C nose of Flat face tip is frequently used as a backup electrode for projection welding, cosmetic welds, or to control heat balancing of the weld by controlling the current density. |
Offset | The D nose or Offset face tip is used for welds in tight spaces typically on a flange or tight corner. It requires manual orientation during setup. |
Truncated | The E nose or Truncated face tip is an efficient design that does not trap weld flash on the face and may reduce mushrooming. |
Radius | The F nose or Radius face tip is typically used for aluminum welding because it provides point contact to break through the aluminum oxide layer on the surface while still providing an adequate weldface to manage the current density during welding. |
Super | The S nose or Super nose face tip is a patented design with a self-dressing weld face ring that acts a control zone for mushrooming. |
Angled | The H nose or angled offset nose is designed to accommodate the angled offset of the electrode holder and ensure the weldface is perpendicular to the workpieces. |
