 Gold Jewelry Polishing Machine with High Precision

INTRODUCTION:

Magnetic polishing machine breaks through the traditional's vibration polishing concept,

uses strong magnetic field force to drag stainless steel needle to grind material,

and produces rapid rotation movement, so as to achieve multiple effects of deburring,

polishing and cleaning. The magnetic polishing machine uses its unique magnetic field

distribution to produce a strong and stable magnetic induction effect, so that the magnetic

steel needle and the workpiece can be fully ground in all directions and angles, so as to

achieve the functions of rapid rust removal, dead angle removal, burr removal, oxide film

and sintering trace. 

ACCESSORISE:

1. 1pc Machine Bowl (you could choose plastic or steel one.If you no choose, we will give plastic bowl)
2. 1KG Polishing Needles
3.  Polishing solution (Need purchase additionally)

Applications:

Metal accessories, gold, silver, Light rail metals, Nonferrous metals, Hard plastic etc..for polishing, chamfering, removal of burrs, rust, precision polishing, washing etc..

Preparation:

1. Unpack the packing and check if any part get loose.

2. Keep the cleaner under ventilated and dry condition, place it flatly.

3. Make sure the plug connection is correct and firm. (Use triplex plug and earth connection is required and safer.)

Maintenance:

1. The temperature of polishing machine will be higher after continuous working for a long time, it will easy to burn the surface of goods, so please let it to cooling. We suggest that working time 2 hours continuously, and stop for 5mins at least to cool.

2. Before and after the working, please cleaning and waxing the polishing roller to keep smooth and clean
