A: We are factory with right to import and export.
Q 2: Where is your factory located? Can i visit there? A: Our factory is located in Changsha city, Hunan Province, China, about 17 minutes away from Changsha Huanghua International Airport. All our clients from home or abroad are warmly welcome to visit us.
Q 3: Can you offer free sample? How long we can get the samples?
A: Yes, we will provide free samples, normally the shipping cost needs to be paid by you. But if you buy large quantities, we can return the money for shipping sample to you after the order is completed.
The time to make the sample is about 3-10 days. And the delivery time is about 7-45 days.
Q 4: Do You Offer OEM/ODM Service?
A: Yes, we have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service. Design service offered. Buyer label offered.
Q 5: Can you provide the customize product? Can I have my logo on the products?
A: Yes, We support customization of color box, laser logo, silk screen logo, etc. Special customization (mold, material) needs to be negotiated.
Q 6: How about the price? Can you make it cheaper?
A:The price depends on the product your demand(Shape,size,quantity). We offer best quotation for you after receiving full

A:If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via express, such as Fedex, DHL.lf your goods is large, we will
send to you via sea, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
