Product Specification
1. Equipment Introduction
FEP expanding machine is an equipment independently developed by Songhu for the production of FEP, PFA and other heat-shrinkable tubes. The fuselage adopts an integrated stainless steel + aluminum frame structure, which greatly improves the overall stability of the fuselage. Adopting the positive pressure expansion method, the expansion form of one out of two, to improve the expansion efficiency. This machine features a heating system with three temperature zones, which can make the plastic pipe heated evenly and soften more completely. Heating step by step to ensure stable expansion and prevents rupture due to high temperature.
2. Equipment Use
The expanding machine expands FEP, PFA and other fluorine plastic tubes to make the plastic tubes have thermal shrinkage, so as to produce FEP heat shrink tubes.
3. Brief Introduction Of FEP Heat Shrinkable Tube
FEP heat shrink tubing has excellent wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, especially suitable for high temperature occasions and chemical dissolution resistant environments.
Manufacturing process of FEP heat shrink tube:
FEP heat shrink tube forming process: FEP base tube manufacturing (using extruder to heat and pressure FEP pellet raw materials into FEP tube) - blowing (expanding with expanding machine) - cooling finalize - inspection - packaging - finished product.
