Processing Suggestion
1、The site should have a good ventilation system to avoid a lot of dust and hard metal debris falling into the equipment and raw materials.
2、Before processing, the equipment must be completely cleaned before processing. It is recommended to use other materials (such as high fluidity PE, PP, etc.) to replace the residual material in the screw to ensure that the whole extrusion system is in a completely clean state.
3、This product has been dried before leaving the factory, so it can be used directly without unpacking and breaking the package.
4、If the product is not used for a long time after unpacking or the package is broken, it needs to be dried and then used; the recommended drying temperature: 85℃, drying time 2-4h.
5、Recommended processing temperature: barrel processing temperature between 180℃-225℃, in-mold crystallization process need to be equipped with oil type mold temperature machine, mold surface temperature at 85℃, in-mold crystallization cooling time 30-40 seconds, according to the product wall thickness and structure to determine the crystallization time, in-mold crystallization products can withstand high temperature above 100 degrees Celsius, cold mold process need to be equipped with ice machine, mold release slope relative to the traditional plastic mold The slope of the mold is larger than the traditional plastic mold, and the surface of the mold needs to be polished with high-gloss treatment.
