L201 is a Cu-P binary filler metal with close eutectic composition. It has low melting point and good fluidity. It can flow into small gap joints. The filler metal is widely used because of its low price. But brazing joint plasticity is poor, in the impact and vibration working state of the joint should not be used.
Purpose:
Widely used for brazing copper and copper alloys in motor, instrument and refrigeration industry.

Matters needing attention
1. Brazing must be strictly removed before brazing and solder surface painting of grease, oxides and other dirt.
