Q1: How can i get a quote?
Please send us the following information:
1.box shape, size, and quantity;
2.send us artwork if possible;
3.also inform how and where you want the packages/displays to be sent to.
Q2: What file format should we send you to quote and production?
We can use Adobe Ilustrator CS4, CS5, CS6, CC2018, or high-res PDF are also workable for us.
Q3: How can i get a sample and should i pay the sample?
1.If you don't have die-cut, please send us your product, we will work a solution and cut a white sample for your reference, it will take 2-3 workdays.
2.If you have die-cut or artwork, Simply send us your artwork, then we can make a color sample in 2 workdays.
3.Design is free, no tooling charge, free sample (sample fee can refunded when order)
Q4: Is there any MOQ required for package or displays?
Normally we don't set a minimum requirement to client, but due to the minimum setup cost for printing jobs, the price level will be huge difference for different qty level.
Q5: Do you have any packages or display in stock?
Every customer will order their own branding packages, so we don't have any stock of packages or displays.
Q6: Once we approved the sample, what’s the lead time for productions?
Production lead time normally is 10-15 work days after sample approved.
Q7:If we order packages from you, can you delivery package to my product factory?
Yes, we have more than 10 years centralize supply experience, many big brand in USA using us make packages and quality control,then we delivery packages to their product suppliers throughout China.
Q8: Do you only make packages or make inner blister tray also?
Yes, we have an in house workshop to make blister trays, such as PVC, PET, APET and PS trays, also we have a contractor who can make paper pulp trays.
Q9: How will the displays be packed to ship?
1. If you want to load products in store, we suggest to do individually flat pack, we can fold the display and pack into a small mailer box to save the packing and shipping volume, then set up the display in store, an easy assembly instruction will be included in mailer.
2. If you want to pre-load products in China.
2.1 we can send displays to your product factory to do the fulfillment.
2.2 you can have your product factory send their products here, then we can do the fulfillment, more clients choose this option,since we are more professional to assembly the display and make inner protection filler to fix products safely when shipping.
Q10: How do i know my pallet display will be packed and arrived safely?
Don't worry, we are professional on pallet display design for many years, if you still worry about this, we can organize a
fulfilled pallet display send to SGS to do ISTA test.
