A2: step 1: send us order lists; step 2: we will make a PI with shipping cost; Step 3, when you approved quotation, we will help to create order link; Step 4, After you paid, we will prepare orders. Step 5, When sent out, will send you waybill and tracking number. Step 6. when you received parcels, order is over.
Q3: Can I get a product sample?
A3: Yes, of course. If you want custom item, just provide us your design, artwork, without minimum quantity, we are able to print the image by our sublimation machines And we will take picture for your approval before delivery. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I'd like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A6: For most items, it will need only 4-10 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time to you.
Q6: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A6- If it is our mistakes, we will send you refunds or redo one batch goods to you. But if custom items, you provide wrong design, you need to afford loss by yourself.
