PC corrugated roof sheets:

1. Combining the dual advantages of sunshine board and endurance board, good stiffness, 1.2mm thick PC sheets is equivalent to 3.0mm thick endurance board, good structure, seamless overlap, simple and convenient installation method, and waterproof;

2. Good daylighting, double daylighting design, soft light transmission, convenient transportation, clean light board coil packaging design, easy installation and consignment;

3. Zero scraps, use how long to cut when installing, will not produce excess scraps waste, with anti-static function;

4. Good durability. The PC clean light board adopts the surface co-extruded anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, which can make the clean light board last for 10 to 15 years;

5. Light transmittance: The light transmittance of PC clean light board can reach 88%, which is comparable to glass;

6. Impact resistance: The impact resistance is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness, and 2-20 times that of tempered glass;

7. Light weight: the specific gravity is only half of that of glass, saving the cost of transportation, handling, installation and supporting frame;

8. Flame-retardant: National standard GB50222-95 confirms that the endurance board is flame-retardant grade 1, namely B1 grade. The ignition point of the PC board is 580℃, and it will self-extinguish after leaving the fire. It will not produce toxic gas during combustion and will not promote the spread of the fire;

9. Flexibility: According to the design drawing, cold bending method can be adopted on the construction site, and the installation is arched and semicircular. The bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the adopted plate, and it can also be hot bent.

PC corrugated design concept:

(1) It adopts a low-static and fine embossing design that separates the upper plane and the lower plane, which enhances the stiffness and antistatic function of the board.

(2) The granular surface is combined with the transparent surface to produce special effects.

(3) When the sunlight is strongest, the light shines directly on the embossed surface, and about 50% of the light shines in.

(4) Produce soft light. When the sunlight is slanting, the light transmittance can reach about 90%. In this way, the change of sunlight can produce the best light perception effect.
