Q: What is Your MOQ?
A: Xiamen FLYONE Bags offers O E M & O D M service. The minimum order quantity(M O Q) for O E M orders is usually 500 pieces(Some orders maybe less than 500 pieces), the minimum order quantity(M O Q) for O D M orders is depends on your request. Please contact us to discuss further detail via E-mail or Trademanager.
Q: How Can I get a Sample?
A: Free samples will be offered with regular color and size. Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project.
You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make your individual sample.
Besides, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost for the samples. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected, or inform us your carrier company account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company, also you can sent us the cost and we'll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.

Q: What files do you need if I want to do my own design?
A: For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.
For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.
A mock-up design will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.

Q: How many colors are available for bags?
A: Purple, Violet, Pink, Blue, Black, Mint Green, Gray are our regular colors. We check colors with Pantone Matching System. Please send us your pantone color code you need. We'll make the samples accordingly or recommend closed colors.
Q: What kind of testing reports are available?
A: All our bags are made with eco-friendly material. They are free from phthalates, silicone, odor and other toxic items. However, the buyers are required to pay the testing charge for a curtain order.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders. 100% payment by T/T, Alibaba trade assurance or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the product?
A: We have our own Q&C team and we're 100% responsible for the damaged goods if it's caused by our improper sewing and package.
Q: How do you protect my brand and intellectual property?
A: The Confidential Information will not be disclosed, reproduced or disseminated in any way. We can sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with you and our sub-contractors.
