1.How to make an order with Fuyuan (General as blow)?
A. Inquiry--->Quotation--->Make samples--->Everything confirmed,we will make invoice for you--->Full payment---> Arrange
production and proceed it--->shipping--->Confirmed the cargo's condition with customer.
B. Inquiry--->Quotation--->Make samples--->Everything confirmed,we will make invoice for you--->Deposit payment---> Arrange
production and proceed it--->Balance payment--->shipping--->Confirmed the cargo's condition with customer.
2.Do you have catalogue of artificial flowers and leaves?
Yes, if you need a catalogue, please kindly tell us the usage of artificial flowers, then we will send you a catalogue. We also
accept customers' design. We can make artificial flowers according to your picture with full information.
3.Do you have color card?
Yes, normally each different flower we have different color option. We will send color cards by e-mail, but if you need a real
color card, you will be need to pay the delivery cost and USD10. it is refundable once you place an order to us.
4.Can you provide free samples?
Yes, if you need few types of flowers, we can support to send free samples but delivery cost at your end. But if need more than
10pcs of samples, we need to charge according the sample unit price, it is refundable once you place and order to us.
5.How long is the sampling time?
Normally, about 3-5days we can send the sample to you if it's not full new products need to design. OEM products before sending
samples, we will double check online or by e-mail then send the sample.
6.What is the MOQ of your products?
For your information, we have some regular production artificial flowers and leaves with some hot selling colors under daily
production. For this kind of hot selling products MOQ is one carton for each color based on our design carton box. If special OEM
color, our MOQ will be 1000-10000pcs based on the flower size and design.
7.How about the lead time?
For regular products, normally we have semi-finished products, about 5-7days we can finish production and packing. If special OEM
color or new design flowers, we need about 15-25days after final samples confirmed, as the full production process is at least
15days.
8.What are the payment terms?
Full payment if total amount is less than USD5000.
30% deposit in advance and 70% balance payment cleared before B/L copy, if totally amount is more than USD5000.
9.What's the delivery method?
We support FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, air shipment or by sea.
10.Do you attend any show?
Yes, we have booth on Canton Fair each April and October. We will announce the booth No. on our web main page one month ahead.
