Q1: What is your payment method?
A: Normally, we accept T/T, irrevocable LlC. For regular orders, we prefer to pay 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery. (We accept third party inspection before delivery)

A: The delivery time is 7-15 days after the order and deposit are confirmed.

A: We ship from Shanghai,Ningbo,Shenzhen,Tianjin port
Q4: How can I get samples?
A: For regular customers, we can provide samples for free and customers only need to pay the express shipping cost. For new customers, we will charge a sample fee higher than 50% of the unit price, and customers also need to pay the courier shipping fee.
Q5: If I order samples, how do I pay for the express shipping cost?
A: For regular customers who have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS accounts, you can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collection. For those customers who don't have courier account, we will calculate the courier cost for you and you can pay the shipping cost to our company account directly. Then we will deliver the samples by prepayment.
