How To Use Custom Back Waist Pain Relief Click Heat Pack
TO ACTIVATE Click Heat Pack/Heat Pad/Hand Warmer:
1. FLEX metal disc back and forth till crystals form.
2. FEEL hand warmer reach therapeutic temperature within 15 seconds.
3. APPLY hand warmer to desired area.
TO RE-SET Click Heat Pack/Heat Pad/Hand Warmer：
1. Bring water to boil in a pot.
2. Carefully wrap the Hand warmer in a piece of cloth and place in boiling water until all crystals dissolve. Approximately 8-15 minutes.
3. Remove the Hand warmer from the pot and let cool to room temperature before using again.
WARNING:
Hand warmer can reach up to 54°C/129°F. Test on small area of skin before applying. Check frequently during use. If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately.
Never allow pot to boil dry. Never leave hand warmer unattended when boiling. Do not use or boil if hand warmer punctured.
Do not heat in microwave. Keep away from children and pets.
