Structure and characteristic
The synchronous gravel truck is mainly composed of asphalt distribution system, stone distribution system, electrical operation system and auxiliary machine system.
1. Asphalt distribution system the spraying system is mainly composed of asphalt tank, heating part, hydraulic part, control part and spraying part.
◆ The outer wall of the asphalt tank is made of stainless steel frosted plate, with insulation filler added in the middle. The inner part is composed of heating boiler and heat transfer oil pan pipe, and the appearance is clean and generous. An air control valve group is added outside the tank to realize the large and small circulation of asphalt in the pipeline and avoid local overheating and aging of asphalt.
