Material needed before installation

1、Electric leakage protector(three-phase four-wire) 100A×1piece
2、General power line specifications (Chinese standard) :External use 16 square, the host with 10 square to introduce switch, mixer with 6 square.
3、35 # gear oil 10 kg (For the mixer)
4、Engine oil 2 kg (host machine lubrication)
5、Tool: spanner which the head lived, open spanner 14-17, 19-22, 24-27, 30-36,
the plum blossom screwdriver, wire clamp, fur brush(40mm).

Requirements
（1）The assembling place should be flat, foundation should be solid, have enough place for storing raw material and putting finished products.
(2) Power source, water supply and raw material need to do well necessary rain and moisture-proof measures.

Installation
(1) Put the main block machine in the precast cement ground, after putting down, make level and alignment, the vibration platform with four angle as a benchmark, unevenness ≤1°.
(2) To Assemble the mixer, usually use the vertical type 350.
(3) The electric switch of host machine and mixer assembled near to operator, in order to convenient to operate. Switch on the power, adjust the motor steering. If the down vibrator appears vibration power small, can change the vibrator steering and exchange the two phase power line’ wire line, that can reach good vibration power.
(4) After assembled, check the 250 reducer(have been added the engine oil before leave factory), the shaft sleeve and other need to lubricate, all fill the lubrication oil.In the mixer should fill 10kgs 35# engine oil or gear oil, then assemble the motor on mixer, be careful the parallel and firmness of triangle belt. Check every parts of screw whether solid, if loose, tightening in time.
