1. Large solid under color: large area of solid under color printing can be performed and solid printing can be achieved.Meanwhile, the whole side can be printed with equal effect;
2. Universal size: Printing for tapes with different length can be performed only by changing plate cylinder. Multi use of the machine can be reduce repeated investment;
3. Sufficient solid color: this is a relief printing machine. The printing directly contacts the printed products, clear character printed on various kinds of tapes, sufficient solid color;
4. Fast speed: The highest speed is up to 1m/s: Two or more coils of materials can be printed simultaneously, greatly increasing the production efficiency;
5. Fast color: Using special ink, dry for fast color, the printed products features washing resistance and strong color.

The flexo printing machine is relief printing machine, is used for printing labels in Satin ribbons; taffeta label, nylon tape ,cotton tape; silk tape, cloth tape...
The printing principle: the ink will be evenly spread out on the anilox roller at first,then transfer to the printing cylinder, then the flexo photopolymer plate will collect the ink and press directly on the surface of the materials, finally the labels will go through the drying process to complete the whole printing procedures.
The outstanding characteristics of this machine are strong colorfastness to wash and polish, perfect color registration, stability and reliability, simple in adjusting the printing length just by change the different printing cylinders.
