4. Advantages
1) There are many types of compatible printing consumables, supporting PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, TPE, HIPS, PA-CF, WOOD and other consumables.
2) It is convenient to take the mold. After the printing is completed, remove the steel plate and gently bend the model to release it.
3) High-elasticity and folding-resistant stainless steel plate is used, which is resistant to bending and bending.
4) High temperature resistance and strong adhesion. After frosting the surface, you can print ABS and other materials that are easy to warp without applying glue.

1. If the adhesion is not enough, use the equipped sandpaper to lightly sand the surface to increase its adhesion.
2. The surface of the PET texture is resistant to temperature of 200°C. The nozzle should not directly touch the panel to prevent the surface of the panel from being scalded.
3. The distance between the first leveling nozzle and the platform is within 0.05-0.2mm to ensure that the consumables adhere to the printing platform. The recommended speed for the first layer is 10-25mm/s, and the cooling fan needs to be turned off for the first 1-3 layers of printing.
4. The leveling nozzle should not be too low. If the nozzle scratches the platform, it will cause permanent damage, or if the first layer is too low, the adhesion will be too tight, which will cause the mold to tear the surface.
5. It is recommended to take the mold after cooling. The uncooled mold has strong adhesion and is easy to cause the surface to fall off.
6. Steel plate is a consumable with a service cycle, and the correct use method can prolong the service cycle. Please use according to the above requirements!
