Features and application:

- The cover of KT-421 is made out of titanium to ensure a favorable welding process.
- KT-421 low carbon steel welding rod is suitable for welding Carbon steel and low alloy steel with medium load structure such as: industrial factory structure, machine details, railing, iron door,etc.

- Fully prepare labor safety factors before welding. The welding power source should be stable.

- When the welding rod is wet, the solder is prone to smoke, splashing and instability. Therefore, the weld is pitted, it needs to be dried at 100ºC - 150ºC for 40-60 minutes before use.

- Removes oil and dirt from the surface of the solder.

- Ensure the weld gap, bevel the weld in accordance with the regulations to achieve a solid weld.

- Select the welding current according to the instructions to get a deep penetration weld, high workability.
