Suggestions on construction of nano thermal insulation board
Dry masonry is suitable for insulation layer of this material
1、 Inspection before masonry:
(1) Before masonry, the furnace shell and relevant accessories shall be installed and pass the process inspection.
(2) When the narrow part between the shell wall and the masonry is filled, the brick chips, mud and other sundries in the space must be completely removed.
2、 Masonry method:
(1) During the construction, the furnace shell or the front masonry should be taken as the guide surface for masonry. If there are obstacles, they should be processed.
(2) If there is no design requirement, staggered peak masonry shall be adopted except for the upper part of pipe lining, upper semicircle and conical lining of fixed cylinder equipment.
(3) When the castable is used, the width of the product should be equal to the distance between the anchors due to the presence of anchors. The construction method is basically the same as that of calcium silicate board. The difference is that the nano thermal insulation board can not let water in, so the waterproof plastic protective layer should be reserved in the construction. If the nano insulation board needs to be cut on site, glass transparent tape must be used to seal and waterproof the incision in time.
