Gas purification spray tower is composed of tower body, filler liquid distributor, gas-water separator, spray system, circulating
water pump, circulating water tank, chemical liquid storage and dosing system and other units.
Working Principle
The exhaust gas purification spray tower is a two-phase reverse flow packing exhaust gas absorption tower. The exhaust gas enters
the exhaust gas absorption tower tangentially from the air inlet below the tower body. The section rises to the first-stage
packing absorption section. On the surface of the packing, the acidic substances in the gas phase and the alkaline substances in
the liquid phase undergo a chemical reaction, not fully absorbed exhaust gas continues to rise into the first-stage spraying
section. In the section, the absorption liquid is ejected from the nozzle at a high speed, forming countless fine mist droplets
that are fully mixed with the gas, contact, and continue to produce chemical reactions.
