Can I transport the goods via my appointed forwarder?
Yes,if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou,you can let your forwarder arrange the shipment.if so,you will no need to pay the freight cost to us.

What’s the payment terms?
T/T,50%deposit before production,the balance before delivery.We suggest you transfer the full amount at one time to save the bank charge.

How to place an order?
Please kindly send us you order be email or fax,we will send you a PI to confirm the order.We need the following information from you.
Delivery information:company name,detailed address,phone/fax number,destination,transportation way;Product information:item number,specification,quantity,logo,etc.

Is ti OK to print my logo on light?
Yes.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly,our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly,during the guarantee period,we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
