A: We are a factory of stage light and effect equipment. We have our own designs and patent products. Our company was set up in 2009. We experienced many import projects, such as cars launch events, countdown parties. One of our brands Orbisfly has been recorded by Madrix.
Q: What is the MOQ for your products?
A: Most are 1 piece. For special items, please contact us. We also accept customization.
Q: What are your main products?
A: Kinetic DMX winch lights/ Outdoor wireless battery pixel tubes/ Kinetic walls/ LED beam lighting/ LED spot lighting/ LED moving head lighting/ Zoom par lights.
Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, usually 3 years for Orbisfly ES-L28, others are 1 year (except human factors). But if you need to extend warranty, please tell us, it is negotiable.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Usually 1-7 days for samples, 18-25 days for one 20GP container, 25-35 days for one 40GP/40HP container.
Q: How about the payment?
A: 30% deposit is requested once the order is confirmed, the rest 70% shall be paid when the ship advice is recieved.
