3. Can we get free samples?
Yes. All of our stock samples are free and customers just need to cover the freight cost. For customize samples, need to pay some cost, it can refund after your official order.

Sure, you can. Various of printing methods are available, such as silk screen printing, hot stamping and silver foil stamping. And we can also provide frosting, color coating, decal, polishing, electroplating and label sticker etc.
5. Can you produce bottles according to our designs?
Yes. We have rich experience in developing models according to your sample or drawing.
6. What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods within one week after receiving payment.
B. For mass production, lead time is around 30 days, and longer if surface handling is needed.
C. For new mould,15 days to open mould and 15 days to make samples.
7. What is your shipping terms?
A. For samples or trial order, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided.
B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
We will try to help you choose a best way depending different order conditions.
8. What's the MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 10000pcs. But for stock goods, the MOQ can be lower like 500 pcs. However, the less quantity, the more cost, because of the inland freight charges, local charges, and the sea freight charges and so on. For stock goods, we accept mixed order!
9. If any defective and broken bottles, how can you settle it for us?
We will replace the defective and broken bottles in your next order or as you required date.
10.How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved, then start to produce bulk goods.
Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection after packing, then taking pictures for you before shipping.
