Its working principle is as follows.
This equipment is equipped with air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, blowing valve, blowing tube, etc. The filter cartridge is made of polyester fiber folded and rolled. The lower end is closed, and the upper center is facing the lower mouth of the blowing tube. After the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, the airflow slows down, the coarse particles are separated from the airflow and settled into the dust collection chamber, the fine dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge with the airflow, and the clean gas is discharged from the air outlet; when the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge is thicker, the pulse controller issues a command to open the blowing valve, the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out at high speed through the blowing tube, and the surrounding air, which is several times the volume of sprayed air, is induced to enter the filter cartridge.
The dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge is blown down into the dust collection chamber and finally discharged from the ash hopper. Dust collector cleaning adopts pulse blowing method, which not only cleans the dust thoroughly, but also does not harm the filter cartridge, so that the service life of the filter cartridge can be guaranteed. The dust cleaning process is automatically controlled by pulse controller, which can be controlled by pressure difference or time control.
