Q 1: Can I buy samples placing orders?
A: Yes. Please feel free to contact us for samples. Sample fee is prepaid and freight cost is collected.
Q2: What is your product MOQ?
A: For our stocked product, we do not have MOQ. We welcome sample orders to start as quality test and trust bridge.
Q3: How is your QC method?
A: 100% complete concealed cistern is tested. That is every single piece of cistern is tested before packing.
Q4: What is the cooperation method.
A: we welcome ODM/OEM cooperate and we never release our customers information to others.
For ODM we can design and mold (at customers cost) and it is sole design to you.
For OEM our MOQ is 300pcs for logo and packing design.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A: Our regular product order is 7days for QTY less than 200pcs
For OEM container qty at initial order is 40-45days.
For ODM is around 70days after design confirmation (50days for moulding, 20days for producing).
Q6: What is your payment term?
A: General T/T: 50% deposit and balance before shipping;
L/C is acceptable for amount more than USD50,000.00
Q7: What is your port?
A: Shunde port (foshan), nearby shenzhen, guangzhou port.
Q8: What is your guarantee
A: It is 200,000times life time. 5years guarantee for public use, 10years for home use.
