With this laser installed and a proper chiller, you can cut through 40mm acrylic or 3mm Stainless steel!

We provide a Global After Sales Warranty Service For DLT-40Z, which means within the warranty period, we will take care of all the exchange or repair, including the shipping cost.
For DLT-300P, we still cover the repair or exchange, only customers will take care of the shipping cost on their own(this could be upgrade by extra charge before the order) .
2.Water protection controller-Coolant over temperature protection
DLT-40Z comes with a water protection in the package, provides extra coolant over temperature protection, the factory-set maximum cooling water temperature is 35°, and the minimum temperature is 30°. When the water temperature exceeds 35°, the temperature protection will be triggered due to the high water temperature, and the output of the laser power supply will be cut off, and the
laser tube will stop working. The laser continues to work when the temperature of the water is lower than 30° The factory-set water flow rate is 40L/min. If the cooling water flow is lower than this, the laser power supply will not work. We suggest the customers to use CW6000 model water cooler to meet this requirement.

Every DLT series Co2 laser tube is packed with great care and tough material. It is packed with cling films first and then film bags. At last, it is packed with a wooden case which is reinforced with an iron bar on the top and bottom, all our laser tubes can protect well during a long trip by sea or by train.We can transport laser tubes by sea/air freight or express by DHL EMS UPS according to your requirement.
