Pretratment of edible sunflower seed oil extraction project
⭐Shelling: Very necessary oilseeds to shelling before oil pressing. it can improve oil yield, crude oil quality, and meal quality, while reducing production energy consumption and edible oil equipment wear.
⭐Tempering: Increase the moisture content and temperature of the material, and ultimately increase the final oil output of the material.
⭐Flaking: The oilseeds is pressed into flakes through the flaking roll, which has a larger contact area with the solvent for better oil discharge.
⭐Cooking: Oilseeds Flakes After cooking, the internal structure of oilseeds Flake will change, resulting in faster and more oil production during the Solvent extraction process.
