PRODUCT ADVANTAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS

I. The frame is made of high quality steel plate, which has higher strength and fatigue life compared with ordinary steel plate.
After welding, the frame is annealed to avoid stress concentration.
2.Jaw head is made of advanced technology, which has higher strength and more stable performance.
3.Main shaft is made of high quality steel, through forging. the yield strength and tensile strength are higher, the performance is more stable, and the service life is longer.
4. Toggle plate is designed by large centrifugal and large angle. It makes the crushing chamber at the bottom of larger stroke.
5.Discharging area is large. The small discharging can produce fine granularity products, the large discharging can produce larger products; hydraulic adjusting the discharge, more convenient and stable.
6.Compared with ordinary jaw crusher, PEV crusher ' s foundation is simple, installation is more convenient and practical.

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the belt and pulley, so that the movable jaw plate movesup and down, pushing the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, so that there are multiple crushing of the material suchas extrusion, rubbing and grinding, so that the material changes from large to small, and gradually falls, until it is discharged from the discharge port, so as to prepare a sample for composition analysis.
