1.Are you a factory or trading company?We're both manufacturer and trader. We have joint venture white body factories located in Hunan,our own decal paper factory in Shenzhen.We have been engaged in this field over 25 years.
2.What is your major market?60% for Europe, 20% for North America, 15% for Asiaand Australia, 5% for others.
3.Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?Normally it's 300 pcs per pattern.Some collections are flexible and we can discuss.We also have branded stocks for small quantity orders.
4.Can you accept sample order?Normally we provide 1 set of sample free of charge.For extra sets, we will refund samples cost once order is placed.
5.How long is your delivery time?For mug shape in stock, we can send out within 7 working days after receiving payment. if no adjustment,30 working days with new packaging requests.For new developing shape,it's 45-60 days upon sample approval or LC / deposit received.
