1.How can we get samples to test quality before placing larger order?
Usually, we will choose to ship samples by DHL, FEDEX, UPS or other Express according to your needs. Pls kindly tell us your company name, delivery address, phone number and contact person for safe sample delivery.
2.Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
Yes, you can. We could offer various printing ways: screen printing, foil/hot stamping, label sticker.
3. What's your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ would be 5,000 - 10,000 pcs for different products.
4.What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 24-48 hours after we receive your payment.
For custom color bottle, we will ship out within 20-25 days.
5.What is your shipping terms?
A. For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc can be provided.
B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
6.If there are any quality problem, how can you settle it for us ?
If any breakage or defect products have been found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
