Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Ready stock sample needs 2 days after received your payment, mass products time needs 20-40 days after received your payment. if the late delivery is caused by our production, we will send the goods by air for free to meet the customer's requirements
Q3: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: We offer FREE samples without custom processing, Customers pay shipping cost only. We offer custom design samples too, withcolor and printing as your design. There is extra cost , which can refund if you place order.
Q4: How do you guarantee the quality?
Pre-production sample before mass production; Doing 100% inspection during production; Always final Inspection before shipment. If it is our mistake that caused quality problems, we will make compensation.
Q5: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
A: For custom design color and printing, MOQ is 5000pcs or 10000pcs. We will find the best solution for your convenience.
Q6: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment term is T/T in advance or pay from alibaba, 30% deposit against performa invoice and balance should be paid before shipment.
