 Hailong Machinery Group can produce two kinds of stamping die. One is Vehicle mould also call ed casting mould or large stamping parts die. It is raw material is casting iron .usually used in vehicle industry to produce vehicle stamping parts, such as truck door, truck bumper. All vehicle covering system needs stamping die .The other stamping die is for small metal parts .Its base material is C45# steel, die key part is usually 7CrSi, Cr12MoV. All stamping die can be divided into  trimming die, punching die, flanging die, drawing die as function.

Two kinds of metal stamping die can be used in stamping machine with different pressure.

 Large type metal stamping die for vehicle part with large tonnage.

A:Normal type products in stock, can be provided very soon. For Customized products such as stamping die , the delivery time is about 25 days.?
