Features of fluorine lined electric butterfly valves
The D71F4/D71F46 corrosion-resistant fluorine lined electric butterfly valve adopts a combination of two halves of the valve body, and the valve seat and valve body lining are integrated. When the valve is working, only the fully plastic valve seat and lining plastic butterfly plate are in contact with the medium. The product can withstand any medium corrosion except for molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine. The D71F46 valve stem and butterfly plate (forged) are integrated, and the surface is evenly coated with a layer of FEP. The inner surface of the valve body channel is smooth, with low fluid resistance, high CV value, strong flow capacity, and moderate torque.

The fluorine lined electric butterfly valve adopts a four stage sealing structure and is equipped with a temperature resistant and anti-aging SI rubber elastic gasket seat outside the sealing surface, which completely achieves zero leakage of the medium. 2. The fluorine lined electric butterfly valve is equipped with a series of electric actuators such as ZTD and ZTHQ. The AC220V or AC380V power supply can be used for switch control. The fluorine lined electric butterfly valve does not need to be equipped with a servo amplifier, and can input (4-20mADC or 1-5ADC) signals to adjust parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature.
