Introduction
The welding technique using multi - point nozzle is dip welding. In this welding process, the board is immersed in and removed from the solder. In this welding process, the crest height and the temperature of the solder are the key factors. All nozzles shall be of the same temperature and have the same solder bubble height. The first method is to immerse the component in solder. During the welding process, the solder should not overflow to the top of the nozzle edge, otherwise, the component will be in contact with the solder around. The second method is to keep the solder height just below the edge of the nozzle as the board moves down. Then, accelerate the pump out the solder, pushing it up and touching the board. Next, the pump speed is reduced and the board is removed from the solder. In order to prevent residual oxides on the board during the retention of the welding process, pump speeds should not be too high. In addition, the exit speed should be optimized to prevent bridging. Here, according to the particularity of the circuit board, make the first method and the second method of combination.

The YX250-Min software was developed by ourselves. The software is available in English. And our software will be updated, as soon as there is an update, the salesman will send new software to your mailbox.
The YX250-Min machine has one year warranty, lifetime maintenance. We have a professional after-sales team. As long as there is a problem with the machine within one year after purchase, we will repair it for free. If there is a need to replace the accessories, we will send them to your hands for free.(Generally we use TNT/DHL. 3-5 business days to your hands).
