Using scope and features

Pellet mill is the main equipment to produce pellet feed in feed plants. It has reasonable structure, high capacity, low electric consumption. It is adopted gear drive and speed control feeding device. The right amount of steam, molasses, oil and others will be added according to the requirements. It is mainly used in feed mills. It is also suitable for producing different kinds of coarse and fine grain feed in livestock factories and poultry farms. It is also used in chemical, fertilizer processing, sugar refining industries.

It has small area, low electric consumption, low noise, compact structure, beauty appearance, stable performance.The host, feeder and conditioner are adopted three independent drive motor. Feeder is adopted variable frequency motor, which can be adjusted within a certain range according to capacity.

Safety protection device is made up of door interlock device, discharging mechanism outer the machine and overload protection device, making sure it’s safety and reliable.
